URINARY INCONTINENCE

Urinary incontinence (loss of bladder control) , varying from a slight loss of urine after sneezing, coughing, or laughing to complete inability to control urination impacts 1 in 3 women and 1 in 10 men. Urinary Incontinence is treatable with JOGO Digital Therapeutics (DTx) assisted Pelvic Floor Muscle Training (PFMT), without the side effects of medications or complications of surgery.

JOGO therapy is built with the clinically proven science of EMG Biofeedback which has been studied for many years to treat incontinence in both men and women. Typical JOGO therapy for incontinence lasts eight 45 minutes sessions spanned across 8 weeks, provided either in-person  or remotely by the JOGO's Digital Clinic through certified pelvic floor therapists (patients receive a  JOGO kit shipped home for tele therapy).

Biofeedback is a FDA Approved treatment for Incontinence. American Urology Association (AUA) and American Urogynecologist Society (AUGS) recommend that Behavioral Therapy like JOGO Biofeedback assisted Pelvic Floor Muscle Training (PFMT) should be the first line of treatment for incontinence before trying medications or surgery.  In recent studies,  9 out of 10 patients treated with JOGO avoided surgery and discontinued overactive bladder medications that are shown to increase the risk of dementia according to studies* .
